Weaving
We specialize in high thread count solid and textural fabrics for both sheets and top of bed products.
Our sheeting fabrics are mainly high thread count single yarn percales and sateens, as well as very fine light twills.
For top of the bed we offer a wide range of 100% cotton or cotton rich blends such as cotton/linen and cotton/viscose, woven using dyed and plain yarns, with varying structures including damasks, jacquards, matelasse as well as many more multi-layered fabrics.
Dyeing and Printing
We specialize in several dyeing techniques; Reactive continuous dyeing, pigment continuous dyeing, vat dyeing as well as yarn dyeing.
We also have a full and continuous range for printing reactives with resist capabilities, offering dazzling prints composed of up to 16 different colours.
Finishing
The many finishing treatments which we have developed through the years, such as Easy Care, Non Iron, antibacterial treatments etc. ensure the ultimate in long-lasting fabric performance.
Tailoring
We offer an advanced Cut & Sew operation, with the ability to produce quality products incorporated with elegant decorative details, for both mass market and high-end collections. |
